The UTP40 is a quad-channel DPS chip with 5 independent integrated ADCs, which provides extensive flexibility to measure voltage, current or temperature on any channel, or on multiple channels in parallel.

The PE180 is a quad-channel PE chip with one integrated ADC, which can measure voltage, current or temperature on any channel.

The PE25, PE70 and PE77 are octal-channel, extremely low-power pin electronics ICs with one integrated ADC.

These products are the only completely digital DPS and PE solutions on the market. A highly integrated DUT power supply or digital channel instrument can be produced without any additional analog support ICs on the PCB.

All DACs, PMUs and ADCs are fully integrated into one, digitally controlled IC. For applications where space and cost are at a premium, these chips represent the lowest cost / highest density solutions.
